Guilty Razors and the 1st Gazoline (but not the 2nd, its crap) are essential. Others worth having are Calcinator, Checkmate, the Dogs EP and 12" (later releases are more pop/rock), 84 Flesh, Electro Choc, Gloires Locales and the Olivensteins. The 1st 3 Starshooter 7"s (the third, Betsy Party/Otage Dollars, not listed here) and the 1st LP are also excellent, later releases are very new wave. The Bulldozer LP, while not roaring punk, is good. One of the songs, "Je Suis Punk", is covered on the LP from the No Talents, a great LP on the Wild Wild label (also home to Steve & The Jerks, and a release from the Kids from Belgium). The 125 grammes de 33 tours LP is rather unknown but a good record. The 2 Skydog compilations feature some good tracks, although a number of them are more rock than punk. The 2 Guilty Razors tracks on the Les 30 Plus Grand ... LP are different (and worse) versions than the ones on the EP. The Rock D'Ici A L'Olympia LP has an otherwise unavailable Guilty Razors track (its OK) which is the main reason the LP is usually overpriced. A few others worth looking out for are the Dements Tragiques, Electrodes, Mopo Mogo and Soggy. The Metal Urbain releases are also worth looking for.
